Top left - natural brow and then my brows using 'Permanent Taupe' from Maybelline. £4.99
You know how I like a good eyebrow product and today's offering comes from a very unexpected place. I was watching one of Miss Budget Beauty's You tube videos and saw she was talking about using Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Permanent Taupe for her eyebrows. I'm always after a new brow product to try and the fact this was on the ash side was a major selling point before you could say Boots 3 for 2 I was down there like a shot and picked up this baby to try ( I was half thinking it wouldn't work and wanted to be proved wrong).

As you can see from the pictures of me wearing it I think you can agree its a really good colour, its cool enough not to give off the orange toned brow look ( which is not attractive!) but warm enough not too look like you have grey eyebrows. The formula is very easy to use and you only need a little on your brush, building it up slowly not to overload the brows and make them appear too fake.
As the formula is a cream eye shadow the colour lasts and stays put for the good part of the working day, even though it does state 24 hours I think we could all agree its hard to find a product that really lasts that long and is even harder to test, I'm certainly not going to not wash my face for a whole day and night to test it out, sorry guys I love you but not that much! lol
Since I got this I have been wearing it pretty much everyday and am loving the look it delivers. If you're a blonde or someone with fair brows like myself I think you would really like it, the application is different if you're used to a pencil but I think its really easy to do and something most people can achieve.
Have you tried this on your brows? Are you looking for a cool toned eyebrow product? What recommendation's do you have?
That is a fab idea, and it a great colour on you, I will have to try it on mine, but I think my brows are a little darker than yours, so might look a little off.

Yeah it's good for fair eyebrows as some light colours can come off too warm. You can always try a brown gel eyeliner for your brows if you're after a more defined long wearing look. Xx
